Booking & retainers
A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date. The retainer is applied toward your final balance. For weddings and events the retainer is non-refundable; for portraits and smaller sessions it may be applied to a rescheduled date.
Pricing & payment
All pricing is quoted in your personalized proposal. Final balances are due on or before the session date unless otherwise agreed. Custom scopes, additional travel, second shooters, and rush delivery are billed separately.
Turnaround
Edited galleries are delivered within 14 business days. Rush delivery (24–72 hours) is available for portraits, headshots, and events when arranged in advance.
Rescheduling & weather
If weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent a session, we'll reschedule to the next mutually available date at no additional cost. Please provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a portrait or smaller session may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the retainer. Event and wedding cancellations are governed by the signed agreement.
Image usage & copyright
De'Visuals retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their gallery. Commercial use requires a separate license. We may feature selected images in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
RAW files
Wedding bookings include RAW files at no extra cost. For other sessions, RAWs are not included by default; the edited gallery is the finished product.
