How far in advance should I book?
Weddings usually book 8–12 months out, but we occasionally have last-minute openings. Portraits, headshots and events can often be scheduled within a few weeks — reach out and we'll check the calendar together.
Do you travel, and is travel included?
Yes. We're based in Milford, DE and travel across Delaware, Philly, NJ, MD and DC. Travel within 50 miles of Milford is included with every booking; beyond that we simply add mileage — no hidden fees.
How fast will I get my photos?
Galleries are delivered within 14 business days, guaranteed. Headshots, portraits and events can be rushed to 24–72 hours when you're on a deadline.
What's included in the editing?
Every image is color-graded and retouched in our cinematic house style — the same warm, contrasty look across the site. You receive fully edited, high-resolution files ready to print and share.
Do I get the RAW files?
Wedding bookings include the RAW files at no extra cost. For other sessions, RAWs aren't included by default, but your edited gallery is the finished product — ready to use.
What if it rains on our session day?
We watch the forecast and have a backup plan. If weather won't cooperate, we'll reschedule to the next available date that works for you at no cost, or pivot to a covered location that still looks great.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes. A retainer holds your date and is applied toward your final balance. For weddings and events the retainer is non-refundable; for portraits and smaller sessions it's flexible if you reschedule. We'll confirm the exact amount in your proposal.
Can I change outfits during the session?
Absolutely. Most sessions include 1–2 outfit changes so your gallery has variety. We'll talk through wardrobe and colors during planning so everything photographs beautifully.
